Member of Precinct 44. Just a few months ago, Kazimierz was still a student at one of Revachol´s universities, and technically, they still are. They even lived in a shared student flat in La Cage! At one meeting with fellow students where they promised not to get political and got VERY POLITICAL, they got into a long drunken political argument with Valrien Marwick. The argument ended with Kazimierz joining the RCM to show they could change it from within.
The scary thing is that Kazimierz was not only accepted but also, after just a few months, promoted and is now one of the two Lieutenant “Hyenas” sent to La Cage. Some would say that this skyrocketing career is mostly because their precinct needed at least somebody who is not totally corrupt to hold a higher rank, but Kazimierz seems to be managing in their job. Especially due to lots of help from their partner, Alvi Gunna.
Kazimierz is young, idealistic and nerdy to the bone. The question is - do they still need to prove something to Valrien and their other old flatmates? Are they really going to be able to change the system from within?

Revachol Citizens Militia - Precint 44 (2nd half)

Not all the characters living in La Cage will last through the whole game. Some of them will leave midway through the game, one way or another, either voluntarily or forcibly. But after a psychedelic evening intermezzo and enough time to unwind, the players of characters who left the tenement will return once more, this time taking on the roles of RCM (Revachol Citizens Militia) officers - an infamously donation-dependent, notoriously unorganized, and woefully understaffed police force of the city. The arrival of new characters on the crime scene will not only shake things up in La Cage but also bring a resemblance of authority. However, due to some mismanagement, it seems two rival precincts managed to send out a squad to investigate. Will they get along or will they drown in the grey zone of the law?
