Themes: grief, imposter complex, suzerainism

Member of Precinct 23. A partner (maybe not just in the professional sense) of the lost undercover cop, now torturing themselves over their unfortunate last conversation - a super awkward and normal conversation where Zola snapped for no good reason. Has a personal backlog of long-time unresolved missing person cases that they hope to somehow resolve in the La Cage. Has a promotion into the RCM Ethics Division lined up, but really, they need those last four resolved cases to meet the quota for their yearly review. Capable of sabotaging the group mission for their own good, or maybe even, if desperate enough, to somehow “meet the fortune halfway”. They were wholly on board with the precinct's hidden agenda, but since their partner’s disappearance, their worldview has been shaken.

Revachol Citizens Militia - Precint 23 (2nd half)

Not all the characters living in La Cage will last through the whole game. Some of them will leave midway through the game, one way or another, either voluntarily or forcibly. But after a psychedelic evening intermezzo and enough time to unwind, the players of characters who left the tenement will return once more, this time taking on the roles of RCM (Revachol Citizens Militia) officers - an infamously donation-dependent, notoriously unorganized, and woefully understaffed police force of the city. The arrival of new characters on the crime scene will not only shake things up in La Cage but also bring a resemblance of authority. However, due to some mismanagement, it seems two rival precincts managed to send out a squad to investigate. Will they get along or will they drown in the grey zone of the law?
