Themes: toxic relationships, emotional distance, suzerainism, elitism

Member of Precinct 23. Hilarion is here in reaction to the shootout—both as a forensics expert to collect samples and as a field medic. Other squad members are not too happy about that: even for the precinct's high standards, Hilarion is extremely professional, some would say borderline psychotic. Mostly, people complain about their lack of emotion and human contact; however, Hilarion considers that quite rude and imprecise. They are extremely clear on their emotions; often, they just state them out loud.
RCM is not their first job. They used to do something of a clear military nature before their police stint, which they call their “retirement” plan. Hilarion has quite a storied past with the one thing nobody would expect from them: a great, tragic, shattered romance. One that they will meet in La Cage, and it will bring problems. But Hilarion knows they will all just have to deal with that. They are the team medic and forensics expert, which makes them a key asset that the other RCM unit simply can't boast. The most patient and diligent of the squad, with utter disgust for all the violence, scum, people without direction and meaning in life, and fake morals.

Revachol Citizens Militia - Precint 23 (2nd half)

Not all the characters living in La Cage will last through the whole game. Some of them will leave midway through the game, one way or another, either voluntarily or forcibly. But after a psychedelic evening intermezzo and enough time to unwind, the players of characters who left the tenement will return once more, this time taking on the roles of RCM (Revachol Citizens Militia) officers - an infamously donation-dependent, notoriously unorganized, and woefully understaffed police force of the city. The arrival of new characters on the crime scene will not only shake things up in La Cage but also bring a resemblance of authority. However, due to some mismanagement, it seems two rival precincts managed to send out a squad to investigate. Will they get along or will they drown in the grey zone of the law?
