Jaydon is the strong one of the Maier clan, and when we say strong, we mean “violent if needed, mostly just handling heavy objects”. On Tylor’s order, they often got their hands dirty to help the family business flourish. They have done everything they were asked so far, but nothing goes according to plan anymore - with their siblings or the one they love. Even the gambling has been going badly recently.
They just want the reward they are owed for their years of sacrifice, and to finally enjoy a joyful life. Are they not deserving of happiness? Did they really have to go through years and years of slowly building respect on the streets just to lose it because their siblings are too stupid?
Everybody who lives in La Cage is mostly poor and desperate. The families and professionals living in Apartment Blocks are the ones who really try to keep some semblance of normality in their lives. The Block A is the wealthier one - it consists of people that are sure to have food even next week but are not entirely sure if they can get medical care in times of need. All while enjoying the luxury of reliable electricity and mostly repaired windows. The people living here have at least some "power" due to their jobs, but almost everybody is afraid that their little slice of paradise will be taken from them by relocation to a different flat.
The Den used to gather local elders to play card games - a good excuse to gamble, drink beer, and of course, gossip. A few years ago, card games became suddenly trendy, and many local youngsters joined the Den. But the way they played was totally different: they were loud, bold, aggressive, seeking for adrenaline, wagering way too big. Now, the elders have all left the Den to these gambling freaks. Stakes are high and are becoming even higher. And soon it will be too late to back off.
Some young people of Revachol felt lost in life. Nothing made sense and they saw everything around them going to shit. Slowly, they realized what was causing this - the foreigners, bringing in drugs and crime, and the liberals that love them so much. Then, a solution hit them - fascism! The Iron Cadence is formed out of fascists (although the less radical of them prefer being called Traditionalists) of varying degrees. Not necessarily racist fascists, but quite often that. Joined together by a sense of the world being wrong and wanting to put it to right, by staying in SUPREME HEALTH, having SUPREME LEADERSHIP, and basking in SUPREME FRIENDSHIP.
The South Side Crew is a local La Cage street posse with a legacy, centered around the Apartment wing. Always sporting the purple color, and always reciting some sicko bars while blasting loud and violent drill music on the corners of their turf and having a life-long rivalry with a North Wing Slammers group. They spend their time not only spray-marking their territory and coming up with lit insults and rhymes, but also often making bold claims about how they will fuck the North Wing Slammers up, and then have to fulfill that promise. Lucky for them, they are not messing around and afraid of being as aggressive, as their lyrics suggest.
