The Coalition plans for the Renovation, Autonomy, Subsidiarity, and Stability of Revachol are rolling in fast. Truly, just in the last decade, three new strategies, six declarations, and even some resolutions have been made and the people living in the tenement have even seen some colorful flyers. Years ago, the Moralintern set up a reconstruction office tasked with “restoring the building, re-skilling the inhabitants, empowering local self-governance, and promoting values of liberal, procedural democracy”. The effects are hard to see, till now, the main change has been that the employees of the office have repeatedly bought furniture that has been stolen from the office and are providing some _consultations_ in the office. What is easy to see are the new arrivals in Coalition uniforms, decked not only in reáls and nice suits but also body armor, personal weapons, and special equipment. What are their plans for the tenement?

Han is fresh out of college, full of enthusiasm, and frequently lost in their own thoughts on philosophy and some sort of research. They are obviously the rookie of the team, and not only do they not really fit in with their teammates, but they are also completely out of their element in La Cage. And what's worse - they do not even recognise it.
They are definitely a good person with many hobbies and an interest in arts and dancing. They feel for the plight of others and want to effectively work towards the greater good. But they will soon find out that not all situations can have win-win solutions.

Most people in La Cage would not be able to tell at first glance that Quinn has been assigned as the person responsible for this team. They are calm, fairly taciturn, and measured in demeanour. When they do speak, their words are backed by an unwavering conviction, openly carried weapons, and a calculating gaze. Of course, they love humankind, progress, and democracy. They love these things so much that they are willing to trample anything and anyone in their way if they must. Though naturally, they will fill out all the necessary paperwork afterwards.
