There is a house behind Boogie Street. A horrible, dilapidated old hospital that has long since lost its purpose and now serves as one of the worst tenements in Revachol. Home to sweatshop workers willing to take on any risks, the poor, the downtrodden, criminals, eccentrics, and penniless artists.
